      Our pets have a 7 day health guarantee, If any health issues arise within the first 7 days, you must contact us through email at sales@reigningreptiles.com within the specified time frame, so that it can be arranged for the animal to go to our vet. Feel free to call or text us at 470-380-1773 for any other questions. Reigning Reptiles, Inc will not cover vet expenses that occurred outside of our specified vet. Reigning Reptiles is not responsible for any health issues or vet expenses after the 7 day guarantee. In the unfortunate event that your pet expires during the 7 day guarantee, You are required to notify Reigning Reptiles, Inc immediately via the above email and to bring the deceased pet back for a refund or replacement within 48hours. 

     Ultimately it is up to you, the owner of the animal, to educate yourself on the full care of your new pet. Reigning Reptiles, Inc does their best to

provide complete care information, but some information will be forgotten in the excitement of buying a pet. Reigning Reptiles, Inc is not responsible for the loss of a pet that was due to improper care and husbandry. We cannot express enough how much stress can affect your new pet. It is advised to leave your pet alone for the first week and let it settle into its new home. Please keep handling to a minimum, or not at all, until your pet is readily eating and drinking on their own.

     We typically discourage returns on pets due to possible cross contamination of viruses, parasites AND adding undue stress to the animal. It also poses issues since the returned pet will have to go into quarantine and will need to return to our vet for a health check and clearance. That being said, I DO want the keeper and the animal happy and I do NOT want a family stuck with an animal they do not care for, as that will lead to neglect down the road. In these rare situations, we will offer store credit to use towards a pet that you bond with better, less a 20% restocking/quarantine fee. We do our very best to match people with the right pet and to go over all the pros and cons to help find a proper match, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Returning an animal for store credit must be done within 7 days of purchase, must have the receipt and the animal must be returned in good health.   Sexing certain animals can be complicated and IS NOT GUARANTEED or accepted as a reason for return.
